By downloading or using Noxa Play ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Nature of the service

Noxa Play is a media player application only. The App does not provide, sell, license, host, distribute, or curate any audio, video, or other media content. All content played through the App is supplied entirely by the user from their own sources.

2. User responsibility

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any media you play through the App is obtained and used in compliance with all applicable laws, including copyright and licensing laws. You agree not to use the App to access or distribute pirated, unauthorized, or illegal content.

3. No warranty on content

We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, legality, availability, or accuracy of any third-party content or streams accessed through the App. We are not liable for any content you choose to play.

4. App functionality

We strive to keep the player functional and up to date. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Noxa Play and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or any third-party content accessed through it.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Noxa Play respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we do — and do not — handle.

Data we do not collect

We do not collect, store, transmit, or process any of the following on our servers:

• Personal identification information (name, email, phone number)
• Login credentials or passwords for third-party services
• Playlists, M3U URLs, or stream addresses you enter
• Viewing history or playback data
• Location data
• Device identifiers for tracking or advertising

Data stored on your device

Credentials and app preferences you choose to save are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. This data never leaves your device to our servers because we operate no user data backend for the App.

Third-party services

If you connect the App to a third-party media source (such as an IPTV provider or playlist host), that third party operates under its own privacy policy. We have no access to or control over data exchanged between you and those services.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

Noxa Play is a blank media player. It functions similarly to a generic video player on your computer — it plays files and streams that you point it to.

We do not:

• Sell or offer any media content for purchase or subscription
• Provide, host, or index any channels, movies, series, or live streams
• Recommend, promote, or link to any specific third-party content sources
• Verify the legality or licensing of content you choose to play
• Take any role as a content distributor, broadcaster, or rights holder

Any logos, channel names, program titles, or artwork displayed in the App originate from third-party metadata supplied by services you connect. We do not claim ownership of such materials.

If you believe content accessed through the App infringes your copyright, please contact the source that provided the content. You may also notify us at [email protected] and we will review the report, though we have no ability to remove third-party streams.

App category & purpose

Noxa Play is categorized as a utility/media player. It does not function as a content storefront, streaming catalog, or subscription service.

No piracy facilitation

The App ships with no pre-loaded content, no default playlists, and no links to unauthorized streams. Users must manually configure their own media sources. We do not facilitate access to pirated content.

User-generated / third-party content

All playable content is user-configured from external sources. We do not moderate or host this content. Users accept responsibility for their sources during onboarding.

Privacy (Guideline 5.1)

We do not collect personal data. No account is required. No tracking for advertising. See our Privacy Policy above.

In-app purchases & subscriptions

Noxa Play does not offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or paid content.

Encryption

The App uses standard encryption for local credential storage only. It does not use non-exempt encryption for communications beyond standard HTTPS where applicable.

App purpose

Noxa Play is a media player utility. It does not sell digital content, operate as an IPTV service, or provide media catalogs.

Intellectual property

We do not distribute copyrighted content. The App is a playback tool only. Users are responsible for the legality of content they access.

User data & privacy

We do not collect or share user personal data. No data is transmitted to developer servers. See Privacy Policy above. The App requests only permissions necessary for playback functionality.

Permissions

The App requests minimal permissions required for media playback (e.g., network access for streaming, background audio). No location, contacts, or SMS permissions are requested.

Deceptive behavior

The App does not misrepresent its functionality. Store listing and in-app messaging clearly state that Noxa Play is a player only with no included content.

Target audience

The App is intended for a general audience. Parental guidance is recommended as we cannot control third-party content.

Noxa Play may connect to media sources configured by the user, such as M3U playlists or Xtream-compatible services. These are entirely separate from Noxa Play.

We do not operate, control, or endorse any third-party IPTV provider, playlist host, or streaming service. Your relationship with those providers is governed by their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for service outages, content availability, billing disputes, or legal issues arising from third-party services you choose to use with the App.
